Terms
Effective from 6 November 2026. These terms apply to this website, run by Vishnu Prasad K N, an individual trading as NovusConfido ("we").
Using this website
The content here is general information. It isn't a promise of any business result. Calculators and sample plans are estimates or examples only, based on inputs you choose or situations we made up, and they are labelled as such.
The first-month Meta Ads offer
- Our fee is ₹6,000 for your first 30 days of ads. The 30 days start on the day ads go live.
- Ads cost ₹15,000 for the 30 days (₹500 a day), plus 18% GST, so about ₹17,700. You pay this directly to Meta. It isn't paid to us, and we can't refund it. Your Meta billing page shows the exact amount.
- If Meta or you stop the ads, we add those days back, so ₹500 a day still adds up to ₹15,000.
- If you get fewer than 5 good enquiries in the 30 days, you don't pay the ₹6,000 fee. Your ad money and GST aren't covered by this promise.
- A good enquiry is someone who confirms on a call or WhatsApp that they own the home or make the decision for it, the home is in your service area, they want the work done within 3 months, and their budget meets the minimum we agreed before the ads start. Wrong numbers, repeat enquiries, job seekers, sellers, and people who never reply don't count.
- Your part: you call or WhatsApp every enquiry within 24 hours. If you don't and their form answers fit, that enquiry counts towards the 5.
- We write your minimum budget down before ads start. Every enquiry goes in one shared sheet with what they said. We can check any disputed enquiry together.
- You give us your own original photos and videos. We run the ads, and we don't create content. Any guidance on content is separate from the ad work.
- Site visits and signed projects aren't part of the promise, because you control those.
- After the 30 days, if you choose to continue, our fee is ₹15,000 a month, not including ad money and GST.
SEO
- The quick check costs ₹2,000, whatever the size of your website. You get a yes or no with reasons, not the full report. If you continue with SEO, the ₹2,000 comes off your first month.
- SEO costs ₹15,000 a month for websites under 15 pages, with a 3-month minimum. For websites with 15 pages or more, the price is agreed after you contact us.
- SEO is separate from Meta Ads. Making changes on your website isn't included, and any developer work is charged separately.
- No one can guarantee a ranking.
No guarantees beyond that
We don't promise rankings, AI mentions, signed projects, or any fixed amount of revenue. Results also depend on things outside our control, such as Meta and Google's systems, your market, your prices, and how quickly you reply to people.
Your part
You're responsible for giving us correct information, and for having the right to use any photos, videos, or claims you give us. Your accounts stay yours.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mysuru district, Karnataka.
